    • Sudeepta holds multiple certifications, including being a 3x Azure Certified Professional, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Project Management Professional (PMP), and SAFe 6.0 Agilist, reflecting her commitment to continuous learning and expertise in agile methodologies.​
    • She currently serves as the Director of Engineering in LTI Mindtree, where she leads engineering teams and drives digital initiatives

    • Global Market Experience: He has worked across multiple geographies including Australia, UK, USA, Dubai, Bangladesh, Libya, Nepal, and Tanzania, driving business expansion and market penetration.
    • Diverse Industry Expertise: Bratin has contributed to Fintech, Insurtech, HealthTech, e-Governance, Management Consultancy, and Transit Ticketing, showcasing his adaptability across various sectors.
    • Revenue Growth & Operational Efficiency: Proven track record of boosting sales and revenue by implementing operational improvements, enhancing productivity, and reducing costs.
    • Government & Enterprise Contracts: Hands-on experience in legal contracting, partner management, and contract negotiations for both government and private sector deals.
